I’m Jayne Reynolds, a Board-Certified Nutritionist ready to help you nourish your emotions and live free from the hopelessness of anxiety, depression, and addiction. I am passionate about helping women walk in the freedom of hope and stability, knowing that they are loved, seen, and cared for by the God of the Universe who wants them to live in abundance. 

After battling crippling anxiety, depression, and brain fog for six long years, a friend of mine introduced me to Integrative and Functional Medicine: a world where they don’t just stick a bandaid on the problem; they get to the root cause of the issue.
